Nevada Pops couldnÕt wait for Halloween. The orchestra, dressed in costume, will present a ÒTricks and TreatsÓ concert at 7:30 tonight at Artemus Ham Hall. Director Dick McGee, dressed as Darth Vader, will conduct music from ÒTwilight,Ó ÒPhantom of the OperaÓ and ÒWicked.Ó An all-ages costume contest will be part of show. Trick-or-treating will follow.
